The Donation Assistance Program was created to support shelter animals in a direct and meaningful way by helping reduce adoption costs for approved adopters.

Rather than donating directly to one organization, this program serves as an in-between option for people who want to help local shelter pets while ensuring their contribution goes toward a specific, animal-focused purpose. Funds raised through this program will be used to help cover or reduce adoption fees, making it easier for more pets to leave the shelter and find loving homes.

Our goal is simple: support the animals, support adopters, and help create more happy endings.

Please note: Lucky's Dog Walks is not a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Contributions to the Pet Adoption Assistance Program are voluntary and are not tax-deductible. One hundred percent of donated funds are tracked separately and used solely to help cover adoption fees for approved adopters. Regular updates on funds received and distributed will be shared publicly to ensure transparency.
